研究方向:

实验室长期规划:面向国家重大临床需求,以重大科学问题为导向,建立一个以研究造血发育调控与恶性血液疾病为核心的基础研究和临床转化相结合的研究室。实验室主要利用基因编辑和高通量筛选技术结合多组学大数据整合研究手段,致力于解析造血调控新机制,鉴定血液系统疾病新靶点。目前主要研究方向包括:1.造血发育调控与恶性血液肿瘤的全新分子调控机制。2.造血系统辐照损伤与修复重建的分子机理与干预研究。
